This is another minimum diameter Estes rocket. Similar to the Hi-Flier, 18mm motors and it really screams up there.
We launched this on a full power C motor with an 18" parachute to see how long we could get it to hang up there, well, it never came back. We think it's a county or two north now.

Diameter .74", Length 11.75", and Weight .8 oz. 18mm motors and parachute recovery. Streamer recovery may be more appropriate for this one though.
