When we first started looking into high power rocketry we researched several different manufacturers, and while you probably couldn't go wrong with most of the reputable ones we really liked the looks and reputation of the BSD kits.
When we first looked into BSD kits we wanted something that would be an intermediate step, something that would fly on High Power motors as well as Mid Power motors so that we could use them either way. We couldn't really decide between the 3" Horizon or the 3" Sprint so we ended up getting both.
This was the first one that was built, however the Sprint did take to the air first. This rocket really flies nicely, good straight boosts, simplistic in design and great looking.
